Chief Executive Officer
Rameetse is a seasoned professional with over 10 years’ experience in Mining and Civil Engineering. His experience spreads across the breath and length of South Africa and Mozambique working on multi-discipline projects ranging from R45 million to over R1 billion. He began his career at Eskom and later moved to WBHO and Diesel Power Opencast Mining where he spent 5 years with each entity.
He holds BSc Hons, Quantity Surveying from Wits University and is a member and fellow of the Association of Arbitrators of Southern Africa.

Mpho Papo
Commercial Director
Mpho is an experienced and a consummate professional with over 10 years of experience, having demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Value Engineering, Cost Management, Project Estimation, Feasibility Studies, and Project Documentation and Procurement and Execution of commercial, retail, residential and industrial projects.
She is a strong business development professional with a Bachelor of Science Quantity Surveying (Hons) and Master of Science in Civil Engineering (MSc Civil Eng) focused in Civil Infrastructure Development from University of the Witwatersrand.
Mpho sits on several boards, and she is also a member of the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors, Member of the Industry Advisory Board at School of Construction Economics and Management, Wits University.

Mashudu Phalanndwa
Business Development Director
Mashudu is an experienced business development executive with a National Diploma in information technology from CPUT Cape Peninsula University of Technology, He worked for Limtech Biometrics Solution for four years before he joins Triple e construction. He then secured large project for Triple e as one the director in the company.
Mashudu was involve in 21 project for Gauteng Department of Education (GDE) to build schools for GDE in and around Gauteng from 2012 to 2016. He has done more than 40 project for Renico around Johannesburg namely, Bergbron, Amrod, Barbeque Downs, Bambanani Mall, Helderwyk, Van Der Hoof Park, Manitou, Mams Mall etc. He was also involve with lot of project with Diesel power like Cradle Stone Mall, TCTA in Germiston, Marikina Mine, and Pilansberg Platinum Mine etc.
SANRAL Project that Mashudu was involve in form 2006 to 2021 are Extension of tunnel and rehabilitation of N1 between Makhado (Louis Trichardt) and williesport turnoff in 2006, and N1 Musina Way Bridge at the same time. In 2007 he was involve in a new N17 from Leandra to Secunda which took two and half year and after that he went to N1 Bloemfontein at the small town called Edenburg as part of improving N1 towards cape town. The recent project he was in, was N1 Polokwane Ring road that was opened a year ago.

Evans Gumbu
Operations Director
Evans Gumbu is an experienced project director with a BSc in Construction Management from the University of Witwatersrand.
He has been involved in the construction and engineering sector for the past 15 years, having handled and/or subcontracted on multi-million rand projects with the likes of Group 5 and Umso Construction he comes with a hefty resume as the company director.
Mr. Gumbu has in the past worked as site engineer, site agent, sub-site agent, estimator and construction manager. It is these vast titles and experience that come handy for Davo Group, and the existence of the company has been built on such solid experience and values.
